Our client in Greenwich is looking for a Builder to support their existing team.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise hand tools and power tools to measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials
• Perform painting tasks to finish surfaces
• Weld metal components together to fabricate structures
• Lay bricks or stones to build walls or create masonry structures
• Follow blueprints or building plans to meet specifications
• Collaborate with other construction workers on-site

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a builder or similar role
• Proficiency in carpentry, including framing and finishing work
• Ability to fabricate and install wooden structures such as cabinets and furniture
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and guidelines in construction work

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £150 – £180 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Plastering, bricklaying, painting, concrete pouring: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
