Our client a premier construction company committed to excellence, is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced plumber to support their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. General Plumbing Activities: Undertake a variety of plumbing tasks, including installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with other construction professionals to coordinate plumbing activities and ensure seamless project execution.
4. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as a plumber, with a track record of successful projects.
2. Qualifications: Possession of relevant plumbing certifications and licenses.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Familiarity with modern plumbing tools and equipment.
4. Problem-solving: Ability to analyse and solve plumbing issues efficiently.
5. Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and project managers effectively.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £22 -24ph
