Our client are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join their team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for carpentry work and performing various tasks related to construction and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in carpentry with experience on renovations, loft conversions and new builds. Both first and second fix carpenters are required and candidates with experience in both are preferred.

Duties:

– Fabricate and assemble structures and fixtures according to project specifications
– Perform carpentry work including framing, installing doors and windows, and building cabinets
– Assemble furniture, equipment, or other items as needed
– Utilize joinery techniques to install kitchens, wardrobes and other joinery elements.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
– Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to construction work
– Familiarity with roofing techniques
– Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: £170.00-£180.00 per day

Schedule:

– Monday to Friday
– Weekend availability

Experience:

– Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
– Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

– CSCS (preferred)
